These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebifyGO platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free trial and subscriptions

We offer a free trial for a limited period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it to store unlawful content. You are responsible for the data you upload and for complying with applicable laws, including data-protection laws, in your use of the CRM.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store in your workspace. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software and content we provide, remains the property of WebifyGO and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebifyGO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
